Q: Do you stock the products?
A: Yes, we stock 90% of all products available on the website and any stock issues will be communicated by email.
Q: Is my purchase secure?
A: Bathroom Collections take transaction security very seriously and use a Protx payment gateway which is constantly reviewed to ensure the upmost protection (see Payment Information for further details).
Q: When do you deliver?
A: We allow 3 to 5 days for delivery but aim to deliver within 2 to 3 days, also we offer an option to upgrade to Next Day Delivery on certain products (see Delivery Information for further details).
Q: My product is damaged, what do I do?
A: Although Bathroom Collections currently operate at a 98% delivery success rate (no damages). In the unlikely event your product is damaged upon delivery, please email email@example.com within 24 hours (see Returns Policy for further details).
